Return and refund policies

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the items.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Please include your first and last name, order email address and order number in your package.
• No justification is required for the return.

Refund

• We will process the full refund within 7 days of receiving your return.
• The amount will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs and additional conditions

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We also require a tracking number for the return.
• A signature upon receipt of the package is required to ensure tracking of the returned package.

Exchanges
