1- When is the payment taken for my order?
Payment is taken when you confirm your order on Barazol. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the payment is accepted.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payments by bank card (Visa, MasterCard) via a secure platform.
Ecomeo OÜ never has access to your bank details.
3- What should I do if I have a problem during payment?

4- Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, unless cancelled, your subscription is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of the initial payment.
1- What are the delivery times?
In France, Belgium, Switzerland, or Luxembourg, delivery takes 4 to 6 business days. Delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
2- How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view the order history in your customer account.
3- What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
Check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of damage or loss, contact us immediately for a suitable solution.
